Using the Platform

What does "one task" mean?

Each agent has a single defined purpose — defined by you when you create it. An email summarizer summarizes emails. A code reviewer reviews code. This single-task constraint is exactly what makes them precise.

How does the pipeline work?

Agent runs go through three hidden sub-agents: the Planner creates a structured execution plan, the Executor follows it exactly, and the Validator checks quality and corrects issues. You only see the final result. Image, video, audio and file-based tasks use their own dedicated processing instead.

What models can I use?

There is no model to choose. Every agent uses the same AI engine, and all plans use the same one.

Plans & Credits

Will I always have exactly 3 agents on free?

Yes. You can have a maximum of 3 agents active at any time on the free plan. When your monthly credits renew, you can create new agents — but you must delete existing ones first. You can never have more than 3 simultaneously.

Is there a daily limit?

Yes. On top of monthly credits there is a daily fair-use limit: Free 10 runs (2 image/video/audio), Pro 100 (25), Team 300 (60). Free runs are also drawn from a shared daily pool, so on a busy day they can run out before your personal limit. The pool resets at midnight IST.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Your agents pause until your monthly credits reset on your next billing date. You can upgrade at any time to continue immediately.

Can I combine my free agents?

Combining multiple agents into a single larger workflow is a Team plan feature. On free and Pro, each agent runs independently.

How does the Team workspace work?

The Team plan includes a shared workspace with up to 5 seats, you included. Invite teammates by email, then share any of your agents with the workspace. Teammates can run shared agents on their own plan credits, but only the person who created an agent can edit or delete it. If the Team plan lapses, shared agents pause for everyone and return automatically when it is renewed.

Pricing & Payments

How does pricing work?

All prices are in INR and exclude GST, which is added and itemised before you pay. Pro is ₹749/month and Team is ₹2,399/month. We accept international cards, but your bank may charge its own currency-conversion fees.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets and EMI through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your current billing period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime from your dashboard settings. You'll retain access until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.

Technical

Is my data secure?

We encrypt data in transit and restrict access to it. Your run history stays in your account until you delete it, and uploaded and generated files are removed automatically within 2 days. We never see your card details. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
